• Fluency in one Scandinavian language and good proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• A curious mindset and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
Bonus experience (not required):
• Familiarity with Boeing/Jeppesen CMS (Crew Management System).
• Previous experience in aviation or crew planning.

Depending on your background, you may enter the role as either Junior Crew Schedule Optimizer or Crew Schedule Optimizer. Junior colleagues may be promoted after completing 12 planning cycles (approximately one year).
