Key duties Process refund and credit requests promptly in accordance with regulatory requirements and Air Canada policies.Apply established procedures, training materials, and reference documents to complete refund and credit functions accurately.Determine refund/credit eligibility using manuals, tariffs, fare rules, and pricing resources.Review customer requests and conduct research to provide accurate and appropriate responses.Apply relevant policies and fare rules to issue correct refunds or decline ineligible requests.Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and external partners.Communicate with customers via email and telephone in a professional and service‑oriented manner.
