Supporting planning tools, creating detailed reports, creating models which are used to create staffing forecasts and recommendations. The Analyst also works on various projects, implementations, and dashboard development to promote efficiencies for the Airports North America branch.
Responsibilities:Data sourcing, data housing/organization, interpreting and analyzation, summarizing and reporting.Support existing tool infrastructure and future developmentDevelop and implement new tools and processes, dashboards, scorecardsPreparing presentations in support of monthly/quarterly senior leadership meetings and various strategic initiatives of the organizationWrite and validate rule parameters to ensure compliance with current engagement standards and quickly adapting to changes within the businessCalibrate staffing utilization and productivity reports and metricsCreate analysis of flight schedules, determine optimal yearly periods for all resource reassessmentsCollect time and motion data within the Airports operations as required to ensure the most accurate data is being used in the planning modelsSupport projects and recommendations with quantitative and qualitative informationWith the Workforce Planning team and Airports leadership, assist with dashboard development and goal setting using data analysis, such as overtime/undertime metricsProvide solution support, managerial reporting, budgeting and financial evaluation/analysis, process development, and detailed accounting.Provide guidance to resource and operational teams using statistical analysis.Carry out trend analysis and make appropriate recommendationsCollaborate with various partners such as Talent Acquisition, Network Planning, and FinanceDevelop and create ad-hoc reportsPerform other duties as required
QualificationsPost Secondary Education an assetThree (3) to five (5) years of analytical experience in a related fieldAdvanced proficiency with all Microsoft Office 365 tools, prominently ExcelExperience with SharePoint, Power BI and Microsoft Teams/Webex/Zoom online collaborative softwareExperience in Workforce Planning solutions softwareStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong team leadership and development skillsPossess a comprehensive knowledge of the Airport experience and operation along with an understanding of the interdependencies of all operating and support systemsAbility to work under pressure in a fast paced, deadline driven team environmentAbility to work with minimal supervisionStrong business foundations
